This sitework and underground servicing project included the construction of a new parking lot for the retail outlet and also required the widening of the municipal road as well as the reconstruction of the intersection. A complete sitework, servicing, and excavation package was offered to the client. The finished parking lot included curbs, sidewalks, walkways, lighting, landscaping, drainage, sewers, and roadways within the parking area. The reconstruction of the intersection and the widening of the road that approached the parking lot ensured that customers would be able to access the store safely and that the flow of traffic would not be compromised. The intersection was located on a busy road and construction was carefully scheduled to avoid peak flow times, minimizing disruptions to the flow of traffic.
